Overview

  • In this article we’ll describe how to setup automatic top up of SMS Credits. Note: You must have the SMS Admin role to setup automatic top up.

Configure Automatic Top Up

  1. After logging into the app, click the SMS Credits button at the top right corner of the screen.
  2. The SMS Admin screen will open.
  3. Fill out the following fields:
    • Automatically top up my account: Tick this on to enable automatic top up.
    • Top up my account when my balance goes below: When the SMS Credits are below this amount, the automatic top up process will be triggered.
    • Your account will be automatically topped up with: Select the SMS Bundle that will be applied to your account when the automatic top up process is triggered. The SMS Bundle price will automatically be direct debited from your nominated bank account.

NOTE: SMS Bundle prices are inclusive of GST.

If you want to turn off SMS Automatic Top Up at any time, simply untick Automatically top up my account.
