  • In this article we’ll describe how to configure Landing Pages.

Configure Landing Pages

  1. Open the Main Menu and scroll down to Enterprise App.
  2. Click Landing Pages.
  3. To add a new Landing Page click New.
  4. Fill out the following fields:
    • Name
    • Leadsource – This will be assigned to the Lead that is created
    • Inactive – Tick this to make the Landing Page inactive (it will no longer allow submissions)
    • Page Title – Displayed in the browser’s title bar
    • Alert User – Alerts this user when the Landing Page has been completed, linked to the Lead that is created
    • Form Fields – Mark each field as Hide, Show or Mandatory (these fields map directly to the fields on a Lead)
      • First Name
      • Last Name
      • Phone
      • Mobile
      • Email
      • Address
      • Suburb
      • State
      • Postcode
      • Notes
      • Agreement Checkbox
    • Other Fields
      • Agreement Text – This will display next to Agreement Checkbox (if set to Show or Mandatory)
      • Notes Text – This will display next to the Notes box (if set to Show or Mandatory)
      • Submit Button Text – If specified, this will override the text on the Submit button
    • Landing Page Body – HTML used to display the Landing Page. The merge field %FORM% must be added to the HTML where you would like the form to display
    • Submitted Body – HTML used to display a success message to the customer (after a successful submission)
  5. To share the Landing Page, use the following actions:
    • Open Landing Page – This will open the Landing Page in a new tab where you can copy the URL (this is also useful for testing the Landing Page as it is being designed)
    • Generate QR Code – Generates a QR Code image that you can right click and save/copy
    • Generate Embed – Generates HTML that can be used to embed the Landing Page in a website
