  • In this article we’ll describe how to configure Tags.

Configure Tags

  1. Open the Main Menu and scroll down to Enterprise App.
  2. Click Tags.
  3. To create a new Tag, click New and fill out the following:
    • Name
    • Colour (If no colour is selected, the Tag will not override Status colours)
    • Tick the Schedulers you would like the Tag to be used in:
      • Sales Scheduler
      • Jobs Scheduler
      • Admin Scheduler
  4. To delete a Tag, select the Tag and click Delete (Note: You cannot delete Tags that have been assigned to a Quote or Job)

Assign a Tag from the Scheduler

  1. Open the Sales/Jobs/Admin Scheduler page.
  2. Find the Quote or Job you want to assign a Tag to.
  3. Right click and select a Tag from the list.
  4. To remove a Tag, right click and select Remove Tag.

Assign a Tag from the Quotes/Jobs/Admin List

  1. Open the Quotes/Jobs/Admin List page.
  2. Select the Quotes or Jobs you want to assign a Tag to using the checkboxes on the left.
  3. Click Bulk Edit.
  4. Select a Tag from the dropdown and click OK.
