Overview

  • The settings page is where you can configure the global settings for the Enterprise app.

Update the Enterprise App Configuration

  1. Open the Main Menu and scroll down to CONFIGURE
  2. Click Settings
  3. Fill out the following settings:
    • Distance Allowance (m) – Distance (in meters) before a user is “too far” from a certain location. Used in the Timesheet Module
    • Service Email Time – This is the time you want the automated emails (email 4 and email 5) to go to customers the day before their Scheduled installations/services
    • STC’s $ (Trade Value) – This is what you trade your STCs at. This can change from day to day for some dealers. Please put in an approximation
