Overview

  • The settings page is where you can configure the global settings for the CRM app.

Update the CRM Configuration

  1. Open the Main Menu and scroll down to CONFIGURE
  2. Click Settings
  3. Update Service Email Time – This is the time you want the automated emails (email 4 and email 5) to go to customers the day before their Scheduled installations/services
  4. Update STC’s $ (Trade Value) – This is what you trade your STCs at. This can change from day to day for some dealers. Please put in an approximation

Update Financial Integration Settings

If you are integrating with MYOB or Xero, you can add in the main accounts here ready for linking. Your STC accounts should be GST free accounts and different from your sales accounts. You can also set up a Customer Card for the Company you trade with e.g. Clean Energy, RETA, Emerging Energy which you link here.
