Overview
- In this article we’ll describe how to configure Landing Pages.
Configure Landing Pages
- Open the Main Menu and scroll down to Enterprise App.
- Click Landing Pages.
- To add a new Landing Page click New.
- Fill out the following fields:
- Name
- Leadsource – This will be assigned to the Lead that is created
- Inactive – Tick this to make the Landing Page inactive (it will no longer allow submissions)
- Page Title – Displayed in the browser’s title bar
- Alert User – Alerts this user when the Landing Page has been completed, linked to the Lead that is created
- Form Fields – Mark each field as Hide, Show or Mandatory (these fields map directly to the fields on a Lead)
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone
- Mobile
- Address
- Suburb
- State
- Postcode
- Notes
- Agreement Checkbox
- Other Fields
- Agreement Text – This will display next to Agreement Checkbox (if set to Show or Mandatory)
- Notes Text – This will display next to the Notes box (if set to Show or Mandatory)
- Submit Button Text – If specified, this will override the text on the Submit button
- Landing Page Body – HTML used to display the Landing Page. The merge field %FORM% must be added to the HTML where you would like the form to display
- Submitted Body – HTML used to display a success message to the customer (after a successful submission)
- To share the Landing Page, use the following actions:
- Open Landing Page – This will open the Landing Page in a new tab where you can copy the URL (this is also useful for testing the Landing Page as it is being designed)
- Generate QR Code – Generates a QR Code image that you can right click and save/copy
- Generate Embed – Generates HTML that can be used to embed the Landing Page in a website
