Overview

  • When designing a system the Invalid panel configuration error occurs when the combination of products used cannot be found in the product Kits list.

How to find valid product combinations

  1. Open the Main Menu and scroll down to CONFIGURE
  2. Click Products
  3. Click the Kits button and add a filter on the Panel column for the panel type. eg: SOLAHART370S2
  4. Also add a filter on the Number of Panels column for the number of panels. eg: 14
  5. The Inverter column will now list the available inverters for the panel type and number of panels combination (see below)
