Overview

  • In this article we’ll describe how to configure discussions. This will tell the system which users should be automatically assigned to discussions for Leads, Quotes and Jobs.

Configure Discussions

  1. Open the Main Menu and scroll down to CONFIGURE.
  2. Click Discussion Config.
  3. For each User, tick if they are notified for Lead/Quote/Job discussions.
