Bug Fixes

• Fixed PO Import on Inventory Journal from importing duplicate orders and missing orders.
• The Wholesale Cost and Labour columns on the Jobs Report should now reflect the data in the Cost Sheet.

Features

• Map Scheduler: Added new scheduler tool (to Sales/Jobs Scheduler) called Map Scheduler. This allows the scheduling team to schedule Quotes/Jobs using a map view, auto calculating travel and spacing out appointments accordingly.
• Back Orders: Added new menu item Back Orders. This allows Back Orders to be entered into the system, which flow through to the Stock Required Custom Report. When products are delivered, they can be transferred to the Inventory Journal.
• Tech Capacity: Tech Capacity and Hourly Rate can be setup against Users. This will be displayed on the Schedulers as Total Hours and Total Cost.
• Cost Sheet Improvements: Added Estimated Costs to the Job Cost Sheet (from Quote data). Added a button to toggle Combo Job data.
• Scheduled Quote Notifications: Email/SMS notifications can be triggered to automatically send a number of days before or after the Scheduled Quote Date (similar to Scheduled Job Notifications).
• New Inventory Reports: Added new inventory Reports – Inventory Cost Report, Inventory Adjustment Details, Inventory Transfers, Stock Movements.
• Added Max DC Voltage to Site Plan (requires Stringing configured).
• Added extra functions to the Inventory/Stocktake Journals.
• Added Post Installation Documents to Job Categories. This can be used for Post Installation Documents that apply at a Category level (instead of at the Product level).
• Quote Products (non-kits) can now be edited in the Cost Sheet.
• Added Job Status to the Job Card heading (similar to Quotes).
