Overview

  • In this article we’ll explain how to add a new Timesheet Location. These can be used by users when starting or finishing a Task/Quote/Job (Example: Warehouse, Office, etc).

Add a new Location

  1. Open the Main Menu and scroll down to CONFIGURE.
  2. Click Locations.
  3. Click the New button.
  4. Input a Location Name, this will be displayed to users.
  5. Input an Address. When an address is selected, the Geocode field should auto fill. This will be used to check if users are at the specified Location.
