- Jobs List will now remember the column order (if modified by the user).
- SMS Module will now allow the same Mobile number against multiple Customers/Contacts.
- SMS Schedule Date will now work correctly based on your local timezone.
Features
Split PV/Battery Jobs: Added a new setting to split PV/Battery Jobs. (more info)- New Custom Report: Added a new Custom Report Data Source called Stock Ordering Data. This can be used in the new Stock Ordering Custom Report. (more info)
- Job Scheduler Improvements: Added a User Role filter to the Job Scheduler. Added Customer Last Name and Job Category to the Scheduler Events for better visibility.
- Site Photos & Documents: Photos and Documents are now attached to the Site instead of individual Quotes/Jobs (they will still be available to view against the Quote/Job, just not stored there). This allows for a central location for the storage of Photos and Documents and will reduce overall database sizes.
- Site Plan QR Code: The Site Plan QR code will now open a document portal when scanned. This portal will contain the Owners Guide, Product Brochures and Service Documents (based on the products installed at the Site). (more info)
- Data Visualisation: Added a new panel to the right side of Quotes/Jobs called Visualisation. This will display an animated graphic of the System for every hour of the year. (NOTE: It uses the year 2015 as it is based on the Savings Calculator data). (more info)
- Added new Invoice Type for WA Battery Claim (WA Dealers only)
- Added Job Redesign Approved Date to Customer Profile tab on the Job.
- Added Battery Type and Hot Water Installation Type to the tooltip in the Job Scheduler.
