Overview

  • In this article we’ll explain how to use the Quick Map Viewer.

How to configure the default Location

  1. Open the Main Menu and scroll down to CONFIGURE.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Input the Default Quick Map Viewer Location. This location will be used when the Quick Map Viewer opens.

Lookup an Address

  1. On the dashboard click Quick Map Viewer.
  2. Search for an Address. When an address is selected, the map will move to that location.

Create a Customer

  1. After an address has been located, click the Create Customer Button.
  2. Input the First Name and Last Name of the Customer and click OK.
  3. The Customer will be created and the Customer Card will automatically open.
