Overview

  • In this article we’ll explain how to lock the markup % in Products and the Product Worksheet. This means when the Sell Price is changed, the system will recalculate all Markup % columns that are not locked.

How to lock the Markup %

  1. Open the Main Menu and scroll down to CONFIGURE.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Scroll down to Quote Settings.
  4. Select a value for Lock Markup:
    • Lock Wholesale Markup – When the Sell Price changes, the Labour Markup is recalculated.
    • Lock Labour Markup – When the Sell Price changes, the Wholesale Cost Markup is recalculated.
    • Change Both Proportionally – When the Sell Price changes, both the Wholesale Cost Markup and Labour Markup are recalculated proportionally.
