Overview

  • In this article we’ll explain how to setup the Quote Notification Email.

How to configure the Quote Notification Email

  1. Open the Main Menu and scroll down to CONFIGURE.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the Quote Settings section.
  4. Select a Quote Notification Email template – NOTE: The email template code must follow the format EMAIL{Number} and the email data source must be set to Quote.
  5. Select a Quote Notification Time – This will be the time of day the emails are sent.
  6. Once a day, at the Quote Notification Time, the system will send the Quote Notification Email to all Quotes that are scheduled for the next day (with a status of No Status).
