Bug Fixes
- Configuration Users can now delete Activity Log entries
- Battery Kit drop down will now sort by system size on the Quote Designer
- Contract of Sale will now update correctly when the Quote amount drops below $5,000
- Quote Proposal will now check that all products are assigned to a section (PV,HW,Battery,Other)
- Products can no longer be bundled with a bundled product
- When a user’s password is reset, the system will now unblock their account (if it is locked)
- If a PV System is removed via Quote Products, the system will now be removed in the Quote Designer data
- If Trade Customer is ticked on the Quote, the system will no longer calculate an In-Home Assessment Date when the Quote is scheduled
- When a Quote is duplicated, the Finance Term will default from the Settings
- The user will now be warned when inputting a Gas Tariff below 1 cent
- Fixed an issue with the link between HW Designs and HW Kits
- Removed the Add Existing Site button on Customer Sites and added the functionality to the New button instead
- When changing the Phases value on a Quote, the user will now be warned to Re-Save the Design when using Enphase products
Features
Report – Product Sales: Added two new reports which analyze product sales data by Sales Person (in a normal format and summary format)
Report – Quote Compare: Allows the user to compare the breakdown of two Quotes (Cost, Price, Labour, RRP, etc). This report can also be run from the Quote Card.
Change Panels: Added a new action to the Quote Designer to allow the user to easily change the Panel Type for the currently selected System (more info)
- Product and Labour Markup can now be specified by Inverter in the PV Kit Builder. Added a function so this can be set by Inverter Brand
- Added a new setting to store a Finance Document which will attach to the Quote Email if the Quote has a Finance Term
- Finance Schedule of Fees will now display the first installment and subsequent payments separately
- Added Total Labour and Margin % columns to the Sales Report
- Added the ability to show/hide sections in the Sales Report
- Added a new action to the Quote to mark it as Promo Claimed. This will be displayed in the Promo Report

- When setting a Duplicate Quote to Not Proceeding, the user now has the option of setting the other duplicates to Not Proceeding
- If a Customer accepts a Quote with obsolete products, the system will fire a new email to alert the Salesperson/Admin team (QUOTEINACTIVEPRODUCTS)
- The Sales Scheduler can now be filtered by Sales Person
- Added a setting to enable the Nearmaps Survey Time to appear in the Coverage Dropdown in the Quote Designer (NOTE: This is not the time the High Res image is taken and may not reflect the correct time of day of the image)
