Overview

  • In this article we’ll describe how to set Important Customer Notes.

Set Important Notes

  1. From the Dashboard click Customers.
  2. Open a Customer Card.
  3. Input Important Notes.
  4. To remove Important Notes, simply delete the value in the Important Notes field.

NOTE: These notes will be displayed on the Customer Card, Lead Card, Quote Card and Job Card.
